Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464.
2.  ‘Tournaments’ will run every day from 00:00 CEST to 23:59 CEST.
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old. If you are based in Canada, you must be at least 19 years of age.
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics:

1. To participate in this promotion, Eligible Players must Opt-in to each tournament separately. 
2. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period (as defined below).
3. Eligible players will get a pre-defined time limit to play and a maximum set amount of spins to complete. At the end of the allocated time, eligible Players who gain the most Promotional Points and rank in the Leaderboard shall be eligible to win a Prize.
4. For each tournament the following requirements will be displayed in the ‘Tournament’ lobby:
   
   • Tournament Game - Selected game which can be played as part of the tournament.
   • Min bet amount - This is the minimum amount that players must bet per spin. Any spins made with bets lower than the minimum amount will not accumulate points.
   • Maximum spin limit - This is the maximum number of spins that a player may make during the tournament that may accumulate tournament points. Any spins made after the maximum spin limit is reached will automatically starts the score.
   • Tournament Duration - This is the duration for which tournament will last. Only bets made during this time may accumulate points.
5. Points shall be gained as set out below:
   
   1. Slots Tournaments
      • 10 points for every win.
      • 300 points for every x10 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 40 points for every 3 losses in a row.
   2. Selected Slot Tournaments at 20:00 and 20:30 CET:
      • Stake Multiplier Wins: Every time your win is equal to your stake amount you get win points. To make this even more exciting, each time the more your winnings are multiplied by your stake amount, the more win points you will earn.
      • 10 points for every win.
      • 20 points for every x2 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 30 points for every x3 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 50 points for every x5 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 100 points for every x10 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 200 points for every x20 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 500 points for every x50 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 1000 points for every x100 winnings of the initial bet amount.
   3. Selected Slot Tournaments at 12:00 and 22:00 CET:
      • 20 points for every win.
      • 50 points for every x5 winnings of the initial bet amount.
      • 10 points for every 3 losses in a row.
6. Eligible Players must place real-money bets on the selected game. Bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.
7. Only Eligible Bets placed on the Games during the Promotional Period will gain Promotional Points and count towards the Leaderboard.
8. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of Promotional Points on the Leaderboard (a “Tie”), all players will get the highest rank prize and the next ranks with the same points will be removed.
9. Points accumulated are updated in real-time but rank refreshes every 30 seconds.
10. Eligible Players shall be able to view the number of Promotional Points they have accumulated and their ranking in the ‘See Results’ button at the bottom of the page in the ‘Tournaments’ Lobby.
11. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) Prize per tournament, regardless of the number of accounts that player holds.
12. Prizes will be awarded within 5 minutes after the end of each tournament. In case of technical difficulties it could take up to 24 hours.
13. Free Spins are only valid on the games listed in the Free Spin section of each player’s account.
14. Cash Prizes and Free Spins winnings has no restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player
15. Prizes are paid in the following Currencies $/£/€ equivalent to 1:1 and other currency will be converted to your relevant local currency (if applicable) at the Casino's rates prevailing at that time

General:

1. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
2. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
3. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
