Specific Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
2. This promotion is open to all persons holding a real-money account with bwin. A real-money player is one who has deposited funds into their account.
3. This promotion will start on 16.09.2019 00:00 (CEST) and ends on 13.10.2019 23:59 (CEST).
4. Daily opt-in is required.
5. Promotional points are earned playing any real money poker games. A player accumulates 2 points for every €1 of rake contribution.
6. A qualifying day is from 00:00:00 CET to 23:59:59 CEST. Each player can only benefit from the promotion once per day.
7. One click card will be available to players each day for 24 hours.
8. All tickets awarded expire in 7 days, unless otherwise stated.
9. Each poker bonus is subject to individual wagering restrictions.
10. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion (including without limitation: by changing the way points are generated, earned, awarded, collected and/or redeemed including by adding further restrictions on the redemption of points), with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
11. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any player whose conduct is in breach of the rules, contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion.
12. By participating in this promotion, you confirm your acceptance of these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Daily Freeroll Terms & Conditions

1. The daily "$1K Gtd Caribbean Cup" freeroll takes place every day at 20:00 (CEST) and is open to all players who have qualified via the qualification methods shown above.
2. Players can only use one entry per day.
3. All freeroll tickets awarded expire on 17.10.2019. There will be no refunds in any form for any unused or expired tournament tickets.
4. Final table (top 8 of every daily freeroll) receive within 24 hours an entry to the “$25K Gtd Caribbean Cup Final” which will take place on 16.10 at 20:00 CEST.
5. The "$1K Caribbean Cup" freeroll ticket will be credited to players account within 24 hours after completing a daily mission.
6.   Freeroll tickets can be used for any “$1K Caribbean Cup freeroll” tournament taking place between 17.09.19 and 14.10.19.

CPP Package Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible all personal and contact data associated with a player's account must be correct and verifiable. The winner of the package will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone call. If a winner can't be reached within 48 hours of winning, they will forfeit their prize.
2. Eligible players have to win with no deals taking place (either official deals within the poker software, or unofficial deals struck elsewhere).
3. The winner must be able to travel at their own cost, including being able to obtain any documents required for travel to that destination. The expenses included in the prize packages will be credited to their accounts after having attended the respective live event.
4. There will be no refunds in any form for any unused packages or tournament buy-ins. All packages or tournament buy-ins are non-transferable.
5. The $16K Caribbean Poker Party package consists of: a $10,300 Main Event buy-in, 9 nights at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for 2 people, $1,400 room credit and $2,000 expenses.

Spins Leaderboard Terms & Conditions

1. Only “Spins” tournaments will count towards the earning of leaderboard points. Regular Sit & Go tournaments are not part of the promotion.
2.    Leaderboard Points = 10 * [√3/√rank] * [1+log (buy-in+0.25)].

Cash games Leaderboard Terms & Conditions

1. Points are calculated based on rake contribution. For the avoidance of doubt €1 is equivalent to 2 points.

Deposit bonus Terms & Conditions

1. Every bonus can only be redeemed once per eligible player.
