1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464. This promotion is ran by Third-Party supplier Playtech.
2. The Live Trivia game (the “Game”) promotion will run every Friday from 20th January 2023 until 29th December 2023, 50 days in total (the "Promotional Period").
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics:

1. During the Promotion Period, 50 Games will take place and players will have a chance to win a share of €2.000 in cash per Game.
2. The Game will be active every Friday at certain times based on the schedule below for the duration of the Promotion Period.
3. The Game is a live game show with a prize that is presented by a live host. The Game consists of a series of multiple-choice questions/statements, each with two possible answers – true or false. The Game is not a game of chance. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players. Players who answer the question correctly within 10-second limit are getting 100 points, with the rest getting 0 points for the relevant question. No one is eliminated from the game at any stage of the Game. Players who answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly and thus score 700 points are the winners of the relevant Game and receive a shared prize which is predetermined by the Provider and distributed evenly between all the winners.
4. The shared prize for each Game will be €2.000 in cash based on the prize distribution below with a total sum of €100.000 in cash during the entire Promotion Period. In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.

6. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the “Third Party Supplier”). The licensee does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
7. The Game is free of charge and does not require any funds in the player’s account. There are no preconditions apart from using a desktop or mobile platform.
8. Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant Game - even if the Game has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each Game the host shall communicate to the players basic rules of the Game. Each Game length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
9. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each Game shall be determined by the host or licensee at their sole discretion and communicated to the players prior to the start of the Game.
10. During the Game players may use the chat option to communicate with other players. The host may see the chat and use it to refer to particular queries in his/her sole discretion.
11. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular Game flow, the Game may be postponed or canceled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Game. The licensee will not be liable for if, for any reason, or any part of the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, licensee may restrict access to some or all parts of the Game to registered users.

Cash Prizes Terms and Conditions

1. All prizes will be paid in cash and have no wagering restrictions attached.
2. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The licensee bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
3. Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the end of the Game. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each Game. Winners shall receive the prizes within 72 hours of winning.
4. The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The licensee bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins/losses as a result of prize won by the players.

General

1. Player is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his\her account, and for keeping his\her account password and login credentials secure. Player may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the promotion without permission.
2. Player must notify licensee immediately of any change in his\her eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorized use of his\her account. Player should never publish, distribute, or post login information for his\her account. Player shall have the ability to delete his\her account, either directly or through a request made to one of licensee’s employees or affiliates.
3. The licensee will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the licensee may restrict access to the promotion to registered users.
4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs, which is beyond the reasonable control of the licensee, and which prevents the licensee from complying with these terms and conditions, the licensee will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
5. The licensee reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change.
6. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
8. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
