Who can participate?

4. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible player (as defined below) must place and Eligible bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old; and
   2. be an existing or new real-money player who has made at least one deposit;

How can I participate?

6. To participate in this promotion, Eligible Players will be required to complete the five (5) challenges presented to them on the promotional page:

Prizes

10. Eligible Players who complete the Challenges will have the chance to win FreeBets and a Main Prize (as defined below).

FreeBet

11. Eligible Players who complete one (1) Challenge during the Promotional Period shall be credited with one (1) €/$5 FreeBet (“the One Challenge FreeBet”).
12. If an Eligible Player completes all five (5) Challenges, the Eligible Player shall be credited with a €/$25 FreeBet (the “All Challenge FreeBet”), which will be subject to the terms and conditions in the next section.

Main Prizes

13. Additionally, all Eligible Players who have completed a Challenge, will be entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) to win a Main Prize (as defined below) on the following basis:
1. For each Challenge completed, an Eligible Player shall be awarded one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
2. Eligible Players who complete all Challenges shall be awarded five (5) additional entries into the Prize Draw.
14. Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw shall have the chance to win an [Audi A5 Sport Cabriolet] or a [Sony PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB Console - Black (PS4 Pro)] (the “Main Prizes”) at random in accordance with the Prize Draw terms and conditions.
15. One (1) Audi and five (5) PS4’s can be won during the Promotional Period. Please note, the car in the image is just a representation, it is not the actual car

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

16. At the end of the Promotional Period, all Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw shall be randomly sorted into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
17. Each Eligible Player shall be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw (the "Unique ID").
18. On 22/07/2019 we shall select the winning Eligible Players using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the "Tool").
19. The Tool shall select [ten (10)] Unique IDs, identifying:
1. one (1) Eligible Player who shall win the Audi (the “Main Winner”) and;
2. five (5) other Eligible Players who shall win the PS4 (the 'Runner Up Winners').
20. We shall contact the Main Winner and the Runner Up Winners directly via the phone number saved in the Eligible Player's account by [22/07/2019] and will provide further Main Prize details.
21. If the winning players fail to respond within 24 hours of being contacted or fail to provide proof of address or any other information required by us within 24 hours of the request, we reserve the right to disqualify the winning players from the Promotion.
22. Post disqualification, the winning players will no longer be eligible to receive a Main Prize.
23. Players are responsible to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is saved in the player’s account.

The Main Prizes Terms and Conditions:

24. The winning players may be required to provide proof of their identification and their home address in order to receive a Main Prize.
25. The winning players must accept a Main Prize "as is" and there is no right to a cash alternative unless we, at our sole discretion, elect to offer such a cash alternative (which may be less than the full value of a Main Prize).
26. We reserve the right, at any time, to substitute the Main Prizes with one or more prizes (other than a cash alternative) of substantially equivalent value. We may do this, in particular, if it becomes unduly costly for the Main Prizes to be arranged.
27. We reserve the right to not award a Main Prize or to seek the return of any Main Prize awarded in the event that a winning player is not entitled to receive a Main Prize in accordance with applicable law (provided always that the winning player is solely responsible for ensuring that s/he is entitled to receive any prize).
28. Any entitlement to receive a Main Prize is non-transferable.
29. All GVC employees and all related and associated companies, their board members, as well as any persons involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion, advertising or promotion agencies, service providers, contractors, as well as third parties and legal authorities directly connected with the promotion are excluded from participation in this promotion. The same applies to any family members of the above-mentioned persons.

FreeBet Terms and Conditions:

30. All FreeBets will be issued into the Eligible Players’ accounts in accordance with these terms and conditions.
31. The One Challenge FreeBets will be issued within 10 minutes of the Eligible Player completing a single Challenge and it will be valid for 3 days from the date it was credited.
32. The All Challenge FreeBet shall be credited within 10 minutes of the Eligible Player completing all five (5) Challenges. Eligible Players will be able to use the FreeBet from 22/07/2019 and it will be valid for 30 days from the date it was credited.
33. In order to claim a FreeBet, players must log in to their account;
34. The FreeBet will be found above the bet slip.
35. If a player places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the player's account. Further information on FreeBets can be found here;
36. If you have more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after another.

General:

37. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
38. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
