1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C92801 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464..
2. The promotion will run from 00:00 CET on 03.04.23 to 23:59 CET on 16.04.23 (the "Promotional Period").
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
5. Players must:

Mechanics:

6. Eligible Players must visit the Website to access the Penalty Shootout Area. Once in the Penalty Shootout Area, Eligible Players must try and score a goal by following the instructions in the Penalty Shootout Area (the ‘Challenge’).

9. Each Eligible Player is entitled to participate in the Challenge once per day during the Promotional Period.

Odds Boost Token Terms and Conditions

10. All Odds Boost Terms and Conditions apply for the reward.
11. The Odds Boost token will be available only for bets placed with the maximum stake specified above (e.g. €10 or €20).
12. The Odds Boost token will increase the available odds offered on a specific event (e.g. it may increase the odds by 10%, 20% or 50%).
13. To use the Odds Boost token, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
14. The Odds Boost token will be available for a limited time only and players must use the token within 72 hours of it being issued. Otherwise, it will become forfeited.
15. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’, no funds are payable, and the Odds Boost Token is considered used.
16. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', winnings for the boosted odds will not be given
17. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘cancelled’, your stake is returned, but the Odds Boost reward is considered used.
18. Only one Odds Boost Token can be used per bet slip. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be combined with any other rewards.
19. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Odds Boost Token are used or attempted to be used.
20. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Odds Boost Tokens feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Odds Boost Rewards feature, shall stand as originally placed.
21. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using the Odds Boost Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. Moreover, we can cancel any bets in case there is a pricing error.
22. If you have applied an Odds Boost Token to your bet, any Cash Out returns will be based on the original non-boosted odds.
23. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be used on Price Boosts or Enhanced Accas.

Sports Bet and Get rewards Terms and Conditions:

24. Bet & Get Rewards are not available on multiple single bets, system bets or banker bets.
25. This Bet & Get Reward is available on certain game types.
26. This Bet & Get Reward is available on the specified events: All sports. Bet & Get Rewards are not available on horse racing.
27. Bet & Get Reward will either have a fixed value (e.g. bet €5, get €2) or match a percentage of the initial stake if the reward is a FreeBet, Bonus or Cash (e.g. 100% up to €5, if a players wagers €5 in the initial bet, the player will get a €5 reward). If the reward is an Odds Boost or Back up Bet the values will be displayed on the reward itself (e.g. bet €5 and get a 50% Odds Boost token with max stake of €10).
28. This Bet & Get Rewards could reward you with a Back Up Bet. Please refer to the T&C of Back Up Bet.
29. The Bet & Get Reward shall appear as an option on your bet slip. You can choose to use the Bet & Get Reward for that bet, or you can keep it to use it later. A list of all Bet & Get Rewards available will be displayed on the website, under the “Offers” section.
30. Offered Bet & Get Rewards can (i) only be used once; and (ii) are valid for the specified timeframe only. Once expired, the Bet & Get Reward shall be invalid. Players can get multiple Bet & Get Rewards.
31. Where a bet placed with an Bet & Get Reward on settlement settles as ‘cancelled’, no funds are payable, and the Bet & Get Reward is considered used.
32. Where a bet placed with an Bet & Get Reward settles as ‘dead heat’ (d/h), dead heat rules apply on the stake of the bet. Please see the Sports betting rules for full information on dead heat.
33. Only one Bet & Get Reward can be used per bet slip. Bet & Get Rewards cannot be combined with any other Rewards.
34. The availability of Bet & Get Rewards are not guaranteed on all devices and browser versions and we shall not be responsible if Bet & Get Rewards are not available for technical reasons. In this event, a bet placed shall stand as a standard bet.
35. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Bet & Get Rewards are used or attempted to be used.

a FreeBet Terms and Conditions

39. a FreeBet will be issued into the player's account in accordance with these terms and conditions and the promotion ''Mechanics'' section of the player's account; 
40. In order to claim a FreeBet, players must log in to their account;

42. a FreeBet will be available to use on any sport within 72 hours;

Wagering Requirements Sports

44. The promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of the promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
45. If an Eligible Player is deemed to have staked several bets across the same matches to cover all match result scenarios, the promoter reserves the rights to remove the player from the promotion. In the event of 3 matches and 3-way (1X2) markets, this would be 27 bets to cover all outcomes. For 4 matches and 1X2 markets, this would be 81 bets. The calculation is, (3 ^number of matches). In the case of 3 matches and 2-way markets (yes/no, over/under) it would be 8 bets to cover all outcomes, in the case of 4 matches, and 2-way markets it would be 16 bets to place all outcomes. The calculation is (2 ^number of matches).
46. The promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
47. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
