Frequently Asked Questions

With the new "Edit My Bet" feature, you can change bets even after they have been placed. Add or remove bets, back the other team or increase your stake - almost everything's possible!

Below you will find an overview of frequently asked questions. If you have any further questions or need more information please contact customer support.

1. Where can I find the "Edit My Bet" feature?

You can find it on your smartphone or tablet in the "My Bets" section under "Open".

Note: "Edit My Bet" allows you to change any single or Multi bet that has Cash Out available. If a Cash Out is not possible, then "Edit My Bet" is not available and it will not appear.

2. What does it allow me to do?

You can remove or add new legs to your previously placed bet. It also allows you to change the stake of your bet.

3. How can I remove a leg from my combi bet?

After tapping on "Edit Bet" in the top right corner of your betslip that you want to modify, tap on the removal icon (X). After confirming your change your odds and potential winnings will be recalculated and displayed.

4. How can I add a leg to my combi bet?

After tapping on "Edit Bet" in the top right corner of your betslip that you want to modify, tap on the "Add tipps" button at the top of the betslip. After this, the yellow outline signifies the possibility to add new bet to your slip.

If you selected your new bet, tap "Add to betslip" and confirm the changes. Your new odds and potential winnings will be calculated.

5. How can I switch out one of my previous selections?

To start the process you need to tap on the switch icon (left-right arrows) and the process to select a replacement starts. From this point replacement process is identical to the new addition process.

6. How can I add more stake to my bet?

After tapping on "Edit Bet" in the top right corner of your betslip that you want to modify tap the "Add Stake" button and specify the amount you wish to add. Based on this your potential winnings will be recalculated. If you accept the change, confirm by tapping the "Accept & Save Changes" button.
