Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464.
2. This promotion shall be offered by Entain on various sites other than bwin.com.
3. The promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 00:00 (CEST) on Monday 08.10.2018 to 23:59 (CEST) on Sunday 14.10.2018 (the "Promotional Period").
4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
6. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and

Mechanics:

7. To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined above) must (1) opt-in, (2) place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) and (3) gain Promotional Points. 
8. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
   
   1. it is a bet placed on Table Games or Slot Games in the Download Casino, Instant Play Casino or Mobile Casino ( the “Casinos”) during the Promotional Period;
   2. it is a real-money bet; and
   3. bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.

9. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet, the Eligible Player shall gain points (the “Promotional Points”) and shall be placed in a Leaderboard contest (the “Leaderboard”) to win one of the prizes (the “Prize”) as set out below.
10. Eligible Players who gain the most Promotional Points and rank in the top 1000 places at the end of the Promotional Period shall be eligible to win a Prize.
11. Promotional Points shall be gained as set out in the below table:

1. During the Promotional Period, player A wagers a total amount of 200 EUR on Casino Table Games and shall gain 10 Promotional Points counting towards their Leaderboard position.
2. During the Promotional Period, player B wagers a total amount of 200 EUR on Casino Slots Games and shall gain 20 Promotional Points counting towards their Leaderboard position.
12. Only Eligible Bets placed on the Games at the Casinos during the Promotional Period will gain Promotional Points and count towards the Leaderboard.
13. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of Promotional Points on the Leaderboard (a “Tie”), the rank 1 and rank 2 Prizes shall be added together and shall be split equally between the Eligible Players in the Tie.

Example: Player A and B gain the same number of Promotional Points and both rank in first position on the Leaderboard. The Prize in rank 1 and 2 (as set out below) shall be added together, and split equally between the two players – i.e (rank 1 Prize, 1,000 EUR + rank 2 Prize, 500 EUR) = 1,500 EUR divided by 2 = 750 EUR. Each Player’s Prize shall be 750 EUR.

14. The Prizes for this promotion are as follows:

15. Eligible Players shall be able to view the number of Promotional Points they have accumulated for the Leaderboard by viewing the promotion within the “My promotions” section of their account.
16. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) Prize during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of accounts that player holds.
17. The Prizes will be awarded within 24 hours after the Promotional Period ends

Cash Prize Terms and Conditions

18. Cash Prizes are awarded as Non-Deposit Bonus with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.
19. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.

General:

20. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
