6. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place and Eligible Bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
7. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old; and
   2. be an existing or new real-money player at www.bwin.fr, www.bwin.com, www.bwin.dk, www.bwin.gr or www.premium.com.

8. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
1. it is a bet placed on any sport by an Eligible Player during the Promotional Period; and
2. it is a single or combination sports bet placed with a minimum stake of €2 ;

4. it is a combi bet or a Build A Bet;
5. it is a traditional (pre-event) or a live bet;
6. it is a bet placed via the web, tablet or mobile;
7. bets placed using the Odds Boost token will qualify but only for the original, pre-boosted odds, not the post boost odds.
8. all selections within the bet slip have resulted.

9. The following bets will not count towards this promotion:
1. bets placed using a FreeBet will not count towards this promotion;
2. system bets will not count towards this promotion;

Mechanics

10. During the Promotional Period, six (6) weekly leaderboards shall run, starting at 00:01 CEST every Friday of the Promotional Period and ending at 23:59 CEST on the following Thursday (each a “Weekly Leaderboard”).
11. Eligible Players who place an Eligible Bet that settles during the Weekly Leaderboard period, shall receive points which will be allocated based on the odds at which the winning selections in the Eligible Bet are settled, as detailed below (the “Leaderboard Points”).
12. If the Eligible Bet is:
1. a single losing bet, the Eligible Player will not receive Leaderboard Points;
2. a overall losing multi bet where all selections settled as losing, the Eligible Player will not receive Leaderboard Points
3. a single winning bet, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the odds at which that Eligible Bet was placed;
4. an overall winning multi bet, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the odds at which that Eligible Bet was placed;
5. an overall losing multi bet where one selection settled as winning, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the odds of the winning selection, once all the individual selections within the bet slip have resulted;
6. an overall losing multi bet where multiple selections settled as winning, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the value of the winning selections’ odds multiplied together, once all the individual selections within the bet slip have resulted.
7. an overall winning Build A Bet, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the odds at which that Eligible Build A Bet was placed;
8. an overall losing Build A Bet, the Eligible Player will receive Leaderboard Points equal to the total odds at which that Eligible Build A Bet was placed divided by the number of selections, times the number of winning selections within the Build A Bet;

13. Eligible Players can place multiple bets during the Weekly Leaderboard period, however:
1. only the first 50 settled Eligible Bets in a promotional week will count toward the Weekly Leaderboard.
2. only the highest scoring out of those 50 Eligible Bets, will be ranked on the Weekly Leaderboard.

For example:

Player A places a 3-fold combi bet with a stake of €5. All 3 selections are placed at odds of 2.00, with the overall bet slip being placed at odds of 8.00 (2 x 2 x 2). 1 out of 3 selections settles as winning. Player A will get points equal to the odds of the winning selections within the bet slip, which is equal to 2.00. As this is now the bet with the highest odds, placed by the player, player A will enter the leaderboard with a total of 2.00 points.

Player A then places another 3-fold combi bet with a stake of €5. All 3 selections are placed at odds of 2.00, with the overall bet slip being placed at odds of 8.00 (2 x 2 x 2). All 3 selections settle as winning. This bet slip would be eligible for 8.00 points (2 x 2 x 2). As this is now the bet with the highest odds, placed by the player, the previous 2.00 points assigned to player A will now be replaced by a new entry in the leaderboard with a total of 8.00 points.

Player A then places a 8 selection Build a Bet with a stake of €5. The overall Build A Bet is placed at odds of 80.00. 7 out of 8 selections settle as winning. The bet slip would be eligible for 70.00 points. 80 total odds divided by 8 selection = 10.00. 10.00 times the 7 winning selections = 70.00 ((80/8) x 7).

14. Eligible Players who place in the top 300/500/2000 (each a “Winning Player”), will be eligible to win a Prize (as defined in the table below).
15. Each Weekly Leaderboard shall be compiled daily during the Weekly Leaderboard period.
16. Winning Players will be credited with a Prize, depending on (i) their ranking on each Weekly Leaderboard; and (ii) which Weekly Leaderboard they have entered, as detailed in the table below.

17. In the event that two or more Eligible Players accrue the same number of Leaderboard Points for (one of the) Leaderboard(s), then the player placed higher on the Leaderboard will be:
1. the Eligible Player that places the Eligible Bet with the highest stake amount; if there is still a ''tie'', then
2. the Eligible Player that places the largest number of Eligible Bets; if there is still a ''tie'', then

For example:

If Player A and Player B both accrued 850 Leaderboard Points, then the player who will be placed higher on the Leaderboard will be the player who has the Eligible Bet with the highest stake, so if Player A’s Eligible Bet is placed with €90 and Player B’s Eligible Bet is placed with €75, then Player A shall be placed higher on the Leaderboard than Player B.

If, however, Player A and Player B both accrued 850 Leaderboard Points, both have placed their Eligible Bet of €90, then the player who will be placed higher on the Leaderboard will be the player who placed the largest number of  Eligible Bets so if Player A’s placed 10 Eligible Bets, while Player B’s placed 5 Eligible Bets, then Player A shall be placed higher on the Leaderboard than Player B. 

Eligible Players that have won a prize for ranking in the top 3 of any of the individual promotional weeks, are not eligible to rank in the prizes for any of the other individual promotional weeks.
18. The Winning Players will be announced every Friday before 12:00 CEST or after the daily leaderboard update has been completed and Winning Players will receive their prize before 17:00 CEST every Friday.

Cash Terms and Conditions

21. Cash will be awarded to Eligible Players if, according to the ranking, they are entitled to a cash prize.
22. In order to claim a prize, an Eligible Player will need to have spoken to one of our staff members via a phone call.
23. The cash prizes will be credited to the player's account within 48 hours after the end of the Promotional Period

General

23. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation
24. If a customer is deemed to have staked several bets across the same matches to cover all match result scenarios, we have the rights to remove the player from promotion. In the event of 3 matches and 3-way (1X2) markets, this would be 27 bets to cover all outcomes. For 4 matches and 1X2 markets, this would be 81 bets. The calculation is, (3 ^number of matches). In the case of 3 matches and 2-way markets (yes/no, over/under) it would be 8 bets to cover all outcomes, in the case of 4 matches, and 2-way markets it would be 16 bets to place all outcomes. The calculation is (2 ^number of matches).
25. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
26. bwin reserves the right to restrict individual bonuses to individual customers at its discretion.
