Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotion a third-party provider ‘Playtech Software Limited, Mid City Place, 71 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6EA’ in conjunction with Entain. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464.
2. The promotion will run from 25.02.22 until 15.04.22, (the "Promotional Period").
3. The promotion will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 17:00-01:00 CET time (“Promotion Hours”).
4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
6. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics

7. During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, ‘The Cheshire Cat Bonus’ promotion will be randomly triggered 8 times per day, €500 per each round with a total daily budget of €4,000 and a total budget of €200,000 for the entire Promotion.
8. Player journey:
   1. Player joins the Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live game during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.
   2. User interface elements notify player that the Cheshire Cat Bonus is active during the Promotion Hours.
   3. Player needs to place a total bet of at least €1 on the Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live game in order to be eligible to participate in the bonus round. For the avoidance of doubt, higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round.
   4. RNG bonus round is triggered randomly during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period and displayed in the user interface 8 times per day with a shared prize amount of $500 per bonus round. The RNG generated bonus result is not related to the winning result of the Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live game.
   5. In the bonus round only one of all betting positions is picked by RNG system and highlighted in the user interface.
   6. If the player has a bet placed on the betting positions picked by RNG, player will receive a personalised message and a share of the bonus round prize of $500 which will be divided equally between the winning players of that round.

9. All prizes are paid in cash and have no wagering restrictions attached.
10. Prizes are paid within 24 hours, however, in case of technical difficulties it can take up to 72 hours.
11. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The licensee bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

General

12. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
13. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
