Terms and Conditions

Specific Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464..
  2. The promotion will run from 13:00 (CET) to 13:59 (CEST) on 16 to 18.05.2018 (the "Promotional Period").
  3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
  4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  5. Player must: 
    1. be over 18 years old;
    2. be an existing player with bwin.com; and
    3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period.

Mechanics:

  1. Players are not required to opt in to be eligible for this promotion.
  2. During the promotional period, bonus games will be called out by Live Casino dealers and will make all eligible players part of the Bonus Time round. 
  3. Eligible Players must place real- money bets, wagering a minimum of €5 (or currency equivalent) on Black and Yellow Live Roulette (on one or more selection) per bet round (the “Selected Game”) during the Promotional Period (an “Eligible Bet”).  
  4. Only bets covering 60% or less of table will be eligible for this promotion.
  5. If the Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet during the Bonus Round, the Eligible Player will automatically enter in the Bonus Time prize draw for a chance to win 1 of 20 bonuses between €5 and €10 (or currency equivalent).
  6. Players can participate to more than one Bonus Round during the promotional time.

The Prize Draw:

  1. A prize draw shall take place daily, during the Promotional Period (the “Prize Draw”)
  2. Eligible Players in the Prize Draw shall be randomly sorted into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet;
  3. Each entry into the Prize Draw shall be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of entries in the Prize Draw (the "Unique ID");
  4. The winning Eligible Players shall be selected using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the “Tool”).
  5. Bonus will be credited within 6 hours from the end of the promo. 
  6. The Tool shall select a Unique ID, identifying a single Eligible Bet and the Eligible Player who placed it, at random.
  7. 20 Eligible Players shall be drawn from each Prize Draw. The following prizes are credited each time a Bonus Round is triggered.

Non-Deposit Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions:

  1. Non-Deposit Casino Bonus can be used on all Casino games.
  2. Prizes awarded as Non-Deposit Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached.
  3. Bonus type: Withdrawal Restricted i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
  4. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 48 hours Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
  5. Once the Non-Deposit Casino Bonus is claimed it will be displayed as a restricted amount until the Requirements have been met.
  6. You must play through the bonus amount 1 (one) time before it can be withdrawn (the “Requirements”).
  7. The Requirements must be met within 7 days from the date the Bonus was placed in your account (the ‘Time Limit’).
  8. The player shall lose the Bonus amount if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
  9. You can keep track of your bonuses in the Casino bonus section of your account.

General:

  1. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
    1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning $/£/€100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £/€/$50 or less.
    2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
    3. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.
  2. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
  3. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
