Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464..
2. This promotion will run every day at 22:00 CEST time (the "Promotional Period").
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period. (an “Eligible Player”)

Mechanics:

1. The Trivia Show will consist of ten (10) questions based on General Knowledge, each with three possible answers.
2. Players can join the Trivia show a few minutes before it starts. Following the first question, new players may not participate in the Trivia Show.
3. Players who answer all the questions correctly within the ten (10) second time limit move on to the next question. The players who got the question wrong may continue to watch the game but shall not be entitled to win the prize or answer and additional questions.
4. Each Game duration is approximately 15 minutes.
5. The top prize for the Trivia Show is €500 cash which is distributed evenly between players who have answered all questions correctly. Players that are eligible for the prize will receive a message after the end of the Trivia Show.
6. Your Bonus Cash prize will be credited to your account balance within 24 hours of qualification.
7. If no players answer all the questions correctly, the quiz will not be repeated and the prize pool will not accumulate for the next day.
8. The Game is free of charge and does not require any funds in the player’s account.
9. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided to the Promoter by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading As The Question Co) (the “Third Party Supplier”). The Promoter does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
10. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular game flow, the Trivia Show may be postponed or cancelled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Trivia Show.

Reward Cash Bonus:

1. Cash Prizes are awarded as Non-Deposit Bonus with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.

Cashback Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion will run everyday from 22:00 (CEST) to 22:45 (CEST).
2. To be eligible for this promotion, an Eligible Player must:
1. Place a real- money bet on Spin and Win game (the "Selected Game") and
2. Lose at least €1 by playing the Selected Games during the Promotional Period; (together, the “Requirements”).
3. If the Requirements are satisfied, we shall credit the Eligible Player with 100% of the amount lost (the “Net Loss”) up to €1.
4. The use of bonuses will not count towards calculation of Net Losses.
5. The cashback amount will be credited 30 min after the promotion period ends as bonus with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.in the form of a bonus with no restrictions.

General:

1. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
