Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of this promotion is bwin.
2. This promotion, bwin Summer fest, is valid from 01:00 EEST on 05.07.2023 until 23:59 EEST on 06.08.2022 (the ''Promotional Period'').
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility

5. The promotion is available to new and existing customers of bwin.com (the “Website”) who are:
1. over 18 years old;
2. have a verified account;
3. have made at least one deposit with real money to their account; and
4. are able to see this promotion after login, exclusions apply.

Mechanics

6. This promotion consists of 5 sub-promotions: (A) Fortune Teller; (B) Claw Grabber; (C) Haunted House; (D) Penalty Shootout: (E) Three Shells.
7. To participate in each sub-promotion, an Eligible Player must first opt-in during the Promotional Period.
8. An Eligible Player who has opted in will receive 2 free tickets to use in the bwin fest. To receive more tickets, a player will have to wager on either Sports or Casino (see "Wagering requirements" below).
9. An Eligible Player will need the following amount of tickets to enter and play each game:

1. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Three Shells game to win Casino prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize.
2. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Penalty Shoot Out game to win Sports prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize.
3. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Haunted House game to win Casino prizes. Eligible Players will have a guaranteed prize.
4. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Claw Grabber game to win Sports prizes. Eligible Players will have a guaranteed prize.
5. 10 (ten) tickets to enter and play the Fortune Teller game to win Bonus prizes. Bonus prizes may be Non-Deposit multi or specific product Bonuses. Eligible Players will have a guaranteed prize. 
6. For players with account currency set up as EUR, USD or other non-local currency, the tickets earned during a calendar day shall be added to their fest tickets balances on the following day by 16:00 CEST.
7. Bets must be placed and settled on the same day. In case of multiple bets, all legs need to be settled in order to qualify for the ticket(s).

Wagering requirements 

10. An Eligible Player can qualify for extra tickets each day to enter and play the bwin fest Games.
11. An Eligible Player must wager €10 (cumulative) on Sports (min. odds 1.70) in a day (running from 00.00 to 23.59.59 (a “day”) to receive 1 (one) extra ticket to the bwin fest €.  
12. Bets placed with FreeBets or Tokens (Odds Boost Tokens or Risk Free Tokens) will not be considered for the promotion.
13. Bets must be placed and settled on the same day. You will receive the tickets once your bet is settled.
14. Duplicate and void bets will not count;
15. Cancelled bets and systems do not count towards this offer; 
16. Cash out bets do not count towards this offer;
17. System bets do not count towards this offer;
18. An Eligible Player must wager €20 on Casino in a day (running from 00.00 to 23.59.59 (a “day”) to receive 1 (one) extra ticket to the bwin fest. Together, the wagering requirements set out in clauses 11 - 18 are referred to as “Eligible Bet”.

A player needs to visit the promo fest page till the end of the day when he/she has earned ticket/s, so that such tickets be added to the total tickets balance of the player. Failure to do so will result in losing such ticket/s.

19. An Eligible Player can earn maximum 20 (twenty) tickets pr. day. 10 (ten) by wagering €100 on sports and 10 (ten) by wagering €200 on Casino. 
20. A player needs to visit the promo fest page till the end of the day when he/she has earned ticket/s, so that such tickets be added to the total tickets balance of the player. Failure to do so will result in losing such ticket/s.
21. Tickets can be used throughout the promotional period.
22. Tickets do not have to be used on the same day they are received. Example: An Eligible player wagers €50 on Sports and €100 on Casino on one day. 10 tickets will be earned on that day and will be shown right away in the tickets balance on the bwin fest Landing Page. An Eligible player can use his tickets right away or save them to another day.

(A) Fortune Teller Prizes

23. Eligible Players are guaranteed a Bonus prize when playing the Fortune Teller game.
24. An Eligible Player will need 10 (ten) tickets to enter the game and shall win randomly one of the following prizes: 

1. €5 Non-Deposit Multi-Product Bonus.
2. €5 Non-Deposit Sport Bonus.
3. €5 FreeBet.
4. €5 Non-Deposit Live Dealer Bonus.
5. €5 Non-Deposit Casino Bonus.

(B) Claw Grabber Prizes

25. Eligible Players are guaranteed a Sports prize when playing the Claw Grabber game
26. An Eligible Player will need 5 (five) tickets to enter the game and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes:

(C) Haunted House Prizes

27. Eligible Players are guaranteed a Casino prize when playing the Haunted House game
28. An Eligible Player will need 5 (five) tickets to enter the game and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes:

29. Eligible Players have a 50% chance of winning a Sports prize when playing the Penalty Shoot Out game
30. An Eligible Player will need 1 (one) tickets to enter and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes:

2. 1 ticket to the fest.
3. 2 tickets to the fest.
4. No Prize.

(E) Three Shells Prizes

31. Eligible Players have a 50% chance of winning a Casino prize when playing the Three Shells game
32. An Eligible Player will need 1 (one) tickets to enter and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. €1 Non-Deposit Casino Bonus.
2. €1 Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus.
3. 1 tickets to the fest.
4. 2 tickets to the fest.

33. All Bonus Prizes have to be claimed and used within 24 hours of being issued to an Eligible Player’s account, otherwise, they will be lost.

FreeBet Terms and Conditions

34. To claim the FreeBet, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
35. The FreeBet will be found above the bet slip.
36. The FreeBet will expire within 24 hours after being credited if not used.
37. If an Eligible Player places a bet using their FreeBet and wins the bet, the net winnings from the FreeBet will be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account. Further information on FreeBets can be found here.
38. If a player has more than one FreeBet, the FreeBets will be activated one after another

Odds Boost Token Terms and Conditions

39. All Odds Boost Terms and Conditions apply for the reward.
40. The Odds Boost token will be available only for bets placed with the maximum stake specified above (e.g. €10 or €20).
41. The Odds Boost token will increase the available odds offered on a specific event (e.g. it may increase the odds by 10%, 20% or 50%).
42. To use the Odds Boost token, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
43. The Odds Boost token will be available for a limited time only and players must use the token within 24 hours of it being issued. Otherwise, it will become forfeited.
44. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’, no funds are payable, and the Odds Boost Token is considered used.
45. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', winnings for the boosted odds will not be given
46. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘cancelled’, your stake is returned, but the Odds Boost reward is considered used.
47. Only one Odds Boost Token can be used per bet slip. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be combined with any other rewards. Where a bet placed using an odds boost token is settled as won, then the winning from the original odds shall be paid out normally as cash, while the extra winning from the increased odds shall be paid out as a FreeBet.
48. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Odds Boost Token are used or attempted to be used.
49. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Odds Boost Tokens feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Odds Boost Rewards feature, shall stand as originally placed.
50. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using the Odds Boost Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. Moreover, we can cancel any bets in case there is a pricing error.
51. If you have applied an Odds Boost Token to your bet, any Cash Out returns will be based on the original non-boosted odds.
52. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be used on Price Boosts or Enhanced Accas. 

Back up Bet Terms and Conditions

53. All Back Up Bet Terms and Conditions apply for the reward.
54. Back Up Bet Rewards are available for (i) all real money players who have made an initial deposit of at least €5, and (ii) on single bets or on one (1) Multi bet; and (iii) selected sports events (excluding racing), fixtures, stake values, and/or markets both pre-match and in-play. Back Up Bet Rewards are not available on multiple single bets, system bets or banker bets.
55. If available, Back Up Bet Rewards entitle you to receive some or all of your stake back in case your bet loses as either (i) a FreeBet; (ii) a Bonus, subject to wagering requirements; or (iii) cash up to a maximum amount displayed.
56. Where available, the Back Up Bet Reward shall appear as an option on Your bet slip. You can choose to use the Back Up Bet Reward for that bet, or you can keep it to use it later. A list of all Back Up Bet Rewards available will be displayed on the website, under the “Offers” section.
57. Back Up Bet Rewards are (i) single use only, and (ii) valid for the specified timeframe only. Once expired, the FreeBet Reward shall be invalid.
58. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘won’ no funds are payable and the Back Up Bet Reward is deemed used.
59. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘lost’, You will be eligible to have all or part of your stake of the lost bet based on the conditions returned as a (i) a FreeBet; (ii) a Bonus, subject to wagering requirements; or (iii) cash up to a maximum amount displayed.
60. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', firstly, you will get all or part of your stake back (when it’s settled as lost), then you will get your winnings from the bet (when it’s resettled to won).
61. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘cancelled’, no funds are payable, and the Back Up Bet Reward is considered used.
62. Where a bet placed with an Back Up Bet Reward settles as ‘dead heat’ (d/h), dead heat rules apply on the stake of the bet. Please see the Sports betting rules for full information on dead heat.
63. Only one Back Up Bet Reward can be used per bet slip. Back Up Bet Rewards cannot be combined with any other Rewards.
64. The availability of Back Up Bet Rewards are not guaranteed on all devices and browser versions and we shall not be responsible if Back Up Bet Rewards are not available for technical reasons. In this event, a bet placed shall stand as a standard bet.
65. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Back Up Bet Rewards are used or attempted to be used.
66. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Back Up Bet Rewards feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Back Up Bet Reward feature, shall stand as originally placed.
67. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using Back Up Bet Reward feature if the bet or a market is settled in error.

Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions

68. Non-Deposit Live casino (Live Dealer casino) Bonus can be used on all Live Dealer games.
69. Prizes awarded as Non-Deposit Live Dealer Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached.
70. Bonus type: Withdrawal Restricted i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
71. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24  hours. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Live Dealer Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
72. Once the Non-Deposit Bonus Live Dealer is claimed, bonus and winnings will be displayed as a restricted amount until the Requirements have been met.
73. The Requirements are as follows:

    2. Barring restricted games, most games count towards these wagering requirements. However, please note that some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage, as shown in the table below.

Bet and Get token Terms and Conditions

118. This Bet & Get Rewards is only available for Sports bets for as specified on the Bet & Get token. Bet & Get Rewards are not available on multiple single bets, system bets or banker bets.
119. This Bet & Get Reward is available on sports as specified on the Bet & Get token.
120. This Bet & Get Reward is available on events as specified on the Bet & Get token. Bet & Get Rewards are not available on horse racing.
121. Bet & Get Reward will either have a fixed value (e.g. bet €5, get €2) or match a percentage of the initial stake if the reward is a FreeBet, Bonus or Cash (e.g. 100% up to €5, if a players wagers €5 in the initial bet, the player will get a €5 reward). If the reward is an Odds Boost or Back up Bet the values will be displayed on the reward itself (e.g. bet €5 and get a 50% Odds Boost token with max stake of €10).
122. This Bet & Get Rewards may reward a player with a Back Up Bet. Please refer to the T&C of Back Up Bet.
123. The Bet & Get Reward shall appear as an option on your bet slip. You can choose to use the Bet & Get Reward for that bet, or you can keep it to use it later. A list of all Bet & Get Rewards available will be displayed on the website, under the “Offers” section.
124. Offered Bet & Get Rewards can (i) only be used once; and (ii) are valid for the specified timeframe only. Once expired, the Bet & Get Reward shall be invalid. Players can get multiple Bet & Get Rewards.
125. Where a bet placed with an Bet & Get Reward on settlement settles as ‘cancelled’, no funds are payable, and the Bet & Get Reward is considered used.
126. Where a bet placed with an Bet & Get Reward settles as ‘dead heat’ (d/h), dead heat rules apply on the stake of the bet. Please see the Sports betting rules for full information on dead heat.
127. Only one Bet & Get Reward can be used per bet slip. Bet & Get Rewards cannot be combined with any other Rewards.

131. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using Bet & Get Reward feature if the bet or a market is settled in error.
132. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of any promotion and/or to release any bonus.

General:

133. The promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of the promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
134. Where the promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
135. If an Eligible Player is deemed to have staked several bets across the same matches to cover all match result scenarios, the promoter reserves the rights to remove the player from the promotion. In the event of 3 matches and 3-way (1X2) markets, this would be 27 bets to cover all outcomes. For 4 matches and 1X2 markets, this would be 81 bets. The calculation is, (3 ^number of matches). In the case of 3 matches and 2-way markets (yes/no, over/under) it would be 8 bets to cover all outcomes, in the case of 4 matches, and 2-way markets it would be 16 bets to place all outcomes. The calculation is (2 ^number of matches).
136. The promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
